We’ll slow things down together, untangle what’s happening beneath the surface, and shape support that fits your nervous system, your capacity, and your real life.

Once you book, you’ll receive a short but insightful questionnaire to help shape the focus of our time.

After our session, you’ll receive a recording and transcript of our time together, along with brief written insights and an action plan shaped from what we explored. 

Two weeks of follow-up support via email.
For two weeks after the session, you can reach out by email if questions arise, something feels wobbly, or you need gentle accountability.

What if I’m not sure what I need support with?

That’s completely fine. You don’t need a clear agenda to book. The pre-session questionnaire helps us find a starting point together, and we’ll shape the focus as we go. Confusion, uncertainty, and “I just know something feels off” are all welcome here.

Do I need to prepare anything?

 

No preparation is required. Once you book, I’ll send a short questionnaire to help you reflect on what feels important. On the day, just bring yourself, a comfortable space, and anything that helps you feel settled, like a drink or notebook

What happens after the session?

 

You’ll receive a recording and transcript of our session, along with personalised insights and an action plan shaped from what we explored. You’ll also have two weeks of follow-up email support, so you’re not left holding everything alone once we’ve met

Is this a sales call for longer coaching?

Definitely not. This is a complete stand-alone session. If you ever want ongoing support, we can talk about that later, but there is no expectation or pressure to continue.

Can this be funded through Access to Work or an employer?

Yes. Many clients use Access to Work or employer funding for this session. If you need an invoice or specific wording for funding purposes, just let me know after booking

What if I need to reschedule?

 

Life happens. You can reschedule using the link in your confirmation email in line with the Coaching Agreement
